Slaughter, Cutting, Wrapping, Curing & Sausage
We are a provincially licensed plant and are located 80 km north of Kamloops on the Yellowhead Hwy. Most of our products are locally raised and processed on-site.
We have completed the Environmental Farm Plan. We specialize in custom cutting, processing, sausage making, and curing and have a variety of retail meat products for sale.
Sides of beef and pork are available year-round but must be ordered in advance to be sure of availability.
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. except on holidays. Pre-book for weekend pickup.
